We are 12 minutes from downtown Ashland, OSF theatres, 3 minutes from downtown Talent, and close to many Rogue Valley wineries. There is easy access to Bear Creek Greenway and bike trails. The house sleeps 8 comfortably, with the option of 10 with a trundle bed and two full baths. We welcome dogs, but please note that the property is close to the road, so dogs would need to be leashed when outside.
